Technical Architecture for Infra Tools
- The tech stack for the product has been rebuilt from the ground up.
- Directed low-level design, performance optimization, and overall architectural design for foundational tools, acting as Technical Architecture reviewer for 12+ infrastructure tools and client SDKs.
2025–2026
Pluggable SDK for Cluster Management
- Architected and led a 2-engineer team to build a pluggable cluster and log ingestion SDK backed by etcd, NATS, and Kafka, establishing a shared message queueing foundation across products with p95 latency under 800 ms.
- Scaled the SDK to support 500+ nodes across both on-premise and managed SaaS environments.
- Managed the end-to-end release process for the internal framework across multiple module owners and served as compliance coordinator for internal product audits.
- Coordinated security bug bounties, driving full-lifecycle bug fixes, releases, and advisories for internal and external security threats.
2021–2024
Disaster Recovery for Distributed Framework
- Led a team of three; owned low-level and system design end-to-end to build a framework supporting DR failover.
- Deployed the DR failover mechanism across 6 major products to secure critical customer deployments with quick recovery by switching to DR service within 30 seconds.
- Served as security bug bounty coordinator โ end-to-end bug fixes, releases, and security advisories.
- Managed release process of the internal framework by coordinating with multiple module owners.
2017–2021
Monolith → Distributed System
- Architected the complete migration of an on-premise monolith to a distributed architecture, enabling scalable cluster management, load balancing, and health monitoring.
- Shipped the highly available distributed setup across 2 major products, resulting in horizontal scaling that supports up to 10,000 active users for an end-user self-service and SSO platform.
